McLuskie Dalziel Lawyers appreciate that legal costs will be a concern. For many types of work we are able to offer a fixed fee or a fee cap (maximum charge) to provide our clients with certainty in pricing at the outset. Other times it is difficult to tell exactly what will be involved, and therefore provide a fixed price, at the outset of the matter.
For work where we cannot provide a fixed fee or fee cap, we charge based off time spent in attendance but can provide an overview of potential costs involved and an estimate before any specific piece of work is undertaken.
